- I prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier and the route stays predictable. But I do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep if it makes sense.
- Flat monthly billing works for most folks, invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit is fine too if you’d rather. Cash, check, Zelle, or card — whatever’s easiest.
- I program your sprinkler controller around your SAWS watering days at no extra charge during a tune-up. New sod gets the SAWS variance instructions printed on a card so you don’t have to remember.
- San Antonio proper plus Schertz, Converse, Cibolo, Helotes, and the closer side of Boerne. If you’re inside or near 1604, just ask — I usually can.
- Yes. General liability on every job. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager or HOA.
- I push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll hear from me if it slips beyond that.
